Book your initial 60 minute telehealth appointment. During your Initial Consultation, done virtually, we will discuss your medical history, symptoms, and health goals. We will discuss the various treatment options that are optimal for your success. You will be asked to fill out several forms and questionnaires to get to know you better. If labs are needed, we will send you an order for labs and review the results.
Prescription medication and other supplements will arrive in the mail with instructions for usage. Any questions, you can contact us through our 24/7 concierge service and our medical professional will assist you.
We will meet weekly or monthly, depending on your preference, to follow up on your progress and make adjustments as needed. Based on your treatment plan, telehealth visits are scheduled to monitor progress and adjust medicine dosage and therapies to reach your goals.
For nutrition boosters, peptides or supplemental products book your appointment. Depending on the treatment or therapy selected, the practitioner will review instructions and process with you.
